Intranet Company Status

Used for CRM sales pipeline and partner acquisition pipeline.  ­Some Company States are used as constants, but it is safe to add new sub-states to these constants.

 

Constants

The following values are used as constants and should not be modified:­

 

  • Active or Potential - A super-status for both Active or Potential. Used for the Project's customer select box.
  • Potential - The super-status for all pre-sales stati such as Inquiries, Qualifying, Quoting and Quote Out.
  • Active - An active company. Only active companies are listed in most drop-down boxes of companies.
  • Inactive - The super-status for all non-active states such as Declined or Deleted.
  • Deleted - Companies of this status are by default excluded from most drop-down boxes.
